Política de reembolso

Every DOM/NVS piece is made to order for you. Because each garment is printed individually after you order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

 

Damaged, defective or wrong items: if your order arrives with a printing defect, damage, or is not the item or size you ordered, contact us at hello@domnvs.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and label. Once reviewed, we will send you a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

 

Cancellations: orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before they go into production.

 

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after approval. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the consumer protection laws of your country.
